Our mission at TPG is to create value for our clients through design. One of the areas in which value creation is most clearly visible is in our work for building owners and developers to enhance their properties in order to increase their value and marketability in a highly competitive market. Our deep experience in both corporate office and retail design has translated into an astute understanding of what prospective tenants are looking for as they evaluate potential buildings for their offices and stores. This understanding enables us to propose, design, and implement enhancements to buildings that make them more attractive to tenants, increasing the value of the underlying asset.
We have worked for many of the leading commercial property owners and developers in the New York area and beyond. Our work includes work on the exterior of buildings, such as new façades, canopies, and public plazas. On the interior, we design common areas including lobbies, elevators, restrooms, corridors, terraces, and rooftops, pre-built suites and white box areas, and marketing centers.
In the planning and marketing process, we assist building owners and developers with FAR analysis, circulation analysis, test-fits, lease and work-letter analysis, and any of a wide variety of visualization tools to present the potential of a redesigned building or interior space in its best light. As part of our efforts to increase the value of our client’s properties, our Branding Studio offers building branding, signage, wayfinding, and environmental graphic design services. Further, we are committed to helping our clients be in compliance with building codes and regulatory standards of accessibility, safety, and habitability.
