Engagement

Join our team

We understand that our primary focus as an architecture firm is to connect deeply with people. Collectively, we have a passion to inspire those around us through the constant process of teaching and learning.

Professional Development TPG has created a Professional Development Mentorship Program (PDMP) which aims to ease the transition from student to new employee to experienced architectural or design professional. Hosted weekly, these lunch sessions consist of moderated conversations, workshops, and lectures providing our staff with the tools they need to become future leaders within the architecture and design industry. PDMP offers employees direct access to our leadership, resulting in both inspirational and pragmatic conversations; which in turn enables junior staff to envision themselves in senior roles in the future.
Internship Program Throughout the school year and over the summer months, TPG offers a variety of internship opportunities across all of our unique studios marketed for college students and recent graduates. Our main priority is to aid them during this transitional period in their lives and provide them with the tools necessary to evolve from student to intern, and intern to working professional. In addition to assisting on actual client assignments, our interns collaborate on a design-focused project that changes year-to-year.
