Location New York, NY
Size 7,021 SF
Year 2022

Steinberg & Pokoik Management Corp. owns and manages Commercial and Residential properties throughout New York City. TPG was engaged to design the 27th floor and terrace of 575 Madison Avenue to transform it into a versatile and inviting amenity space where tenants can comfortably engage with clients, hold meetings, or unwind.

The design concept for the updated space is consistent with the prebuilt office standards that we established on other floors of the building. Throughout the project, our team introduced elements that radiate a sense of warmth and hospitality. Carefully curated furniture, ceilings details with LED lighting at the edges, wood accent walls, and delicate sheer drapery complement the large windows, effortlessly blending style and comfort.

The amenity space is also equipped AV technology, enabling seamless presentations and multimedia experiences. The conference room/multipurpose area features doors that open into the lounge space, allowing for various meeting types. As you walk through the space, a decorative ceiling and a sleek black glass screen highlight the coffee bar, while conference and multipurpose rooms offer areas offer tenants and visitors a convenient place to socialize and network.

Outside, the terrace has concrete and wood-finished tiles that accentuate the seating areas and enhance the ambiance. The updated amenity space now serves as a hub where tenants can host meetings, deliver presentations, or relax and recharge in a versatile environment crafted to meet their needs.
