The redesign emphasizes bright, open, and engaging spaces, replacing traditional perimeter offices with light-filled areas that balance collaboration and privacy. By leveraging the building’s shared amenities, including a conference center, multipurpose room, and lounges, our team focused on creating intimate, client-facing experiences in reception and café. TPG also incorporated Herrick’s extensive art and artifact collection, creating a curated “gallery walk” that celebrates the firm’s history. Our work integrates clean, streamlined forms, high-contrast finishes, and a thoughtful mix of raw and polished materials, unifying the challenges of a prewar building into a cohesive, modern workplace that honors Herrick’s heritage and positions the firm for the future.
