The project is inspired by timeless, iconic New York design, and is set to become a destination for travelers seeking immersion within the city. The serviced apartments combine the comforting familiarity of home with the convenience of boutique hospitality service.

Citadines’ design is expressed in a distinct brand image for defining a mix of vibrant living, international appeal, and local sensibilities. Our firm’s hospitality practice was engaged to provide architectural and interior design services for a repositioning of an existing building. The hotel is situated in a 21-story high-rise sprawled across 45,400 square feet and consists of 125 keys, a lobby lounge and business center.

Located in the heart of New York City, the hotel is within close proximity to musicals at the Theatre District, exhibitions at the MOMA, and is easily accessible to Bryant Park, Central Park, as well as all major transportation lines.
