The renowned firm Watson Farley & Williams commissioned TPG for the relocation of their NYC office, desiring a new workplace that would provide flexibility during a time of growth and convey their dynamic progressive image to the New York market.

The bold new workplace accommodates 57 attorneys in 30,400 square feet at 250 West 55th Street in Midtown Manhattan. The space promotes transparency and openness with glass fronted perimeter offices which frame city and river views to be enjoyed by all. A state of the art conference and reception area serve as an impressive focal point, while a rich palette of white oak, natural stone, and polished stainless steel combine with crisp architectural detailing and sleek furniture to create a series of compelling spaces.
