Our topic, “Hospitality’s Next Breakthrough is the Workplace” will include a panel discussion led by Managing Executives Suzette Subance Ferrier and Shay Lam. The conversation will revolve around the changes and innovative ideas emerging from the hospitality sector, the ways these trends are shaping workplace design, and what we can do to meet new challenges in demographics, mobility, and technology to define the future of our everyday experiences.
