TPG Associate Ray Givargis is currently in Las Vegas at this year’s AIA Convention. There, he attended a tour of the Neon Boneyard – a space that served as the restoration center for abandoned signs for the past 22 years. He learned how an old lobby from an iconic motel was cut into 8 pieces, repurposed and moved to the yard for new use, promoting the adaptive reuse of the Las Vegas strip.
