Publicis Groupe is a French multinational advertising and public relations agency. For their New York offices at 375 Hudson, Publicis decided to consolidate their real estate and therefore reorganize some of their subsidiaries within the umbrella groups of PubComm and PubHealth. To help this transition, TPG was enlisted for interior design services across floors 2 through 5.

The floors are laid out very similarly; designed to be flexible and accommodate activity-based working. Each group is given a work area that can be branded. Since there are no assigned seats, lockers are provided and permanently assigned to staff for daily use. Workstation areas are supported by huddle rooms, phone rooms, and collaboration areas. Internal conference rooms are located at each corner of the building, with neighborhoods of workstations in between.

Reception desks are located on the 3rd & 5th floors, and the other floors offer large breakout areas instead for variety. On the opposite side of the elevator lobby is a large café, which can be used for both eating, for collaboration, or as an alternative place to work. We also designed the 3rd & 5th floors in mind to be used as town hall settings for teams to convene. Additionally, the scope of the project included elevator lobbies and restrooms.
