This private investment firm has offices in New York and London. In 2006, TPG provided architectural services for BlueMountain’s 125 traders in 22,500 square feet at 280 Park Avenue. Due to rapid growth, the client re-engaged us for an in-building relocation to a 50,000 square foot space on the 12th floor, which was completed in 2014.
For the latest project, BlueMountain sought to enhance the level of sophistication in their space, while staying true to the original look and feel. We preserved the intimacy of their former office by creating a number of meeting spaces, increasing the possibility for encounters with coworkers, which serves to unify staff and strengthen connectivity. The result is an open, transparent environment featuring high-end materials and technology, which provides a variety of usable spaces for both employees and clients who visit the space.
Planning for even more growth, BlueMountain has commissioned us for a third project, expanding their 50,000 square foot space to 80,500 square feet, a testament to our ability to deliver high-quality workspace that drives high return on investment.
