SENIOR LEVEL POSITIONS

Candidates should have a minimum of 15+ years of experience in corporate, retail, media, healthcare, law firm or international interior design. You must possess strong interpersonal skills, have solid client experience with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
You will represent the firm in fee and contract negotiations as well as direct teams of project staff in the design and production of accounts. An advanced professional degree in architecture/interior design is also required.

You must have solid detailing and AutoCAD experience, the ability to coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants, and have strong communication skills. A degree in architecture/interior design is required.

Interior designers must be capable of managing the design development process, directing the design presentation efforts, handling multiple projects, and communicate design ideas graphically in a fast-paced environment.

Project Architect should have an advanced professional degree in architecture and a minimum of 7 years of experience in the production of Auto-CAD based construction documents including design development detailing.
He/she is responsible for the comprehensive coordination, direction and production effort for a project or projects. He/she must be capable of fully directing and coordinating the work of a production team. He/she must have proven ability to meet with the client and the other project consultants for purpose of clarification, coordination and verification of requirements. Project Architect also is a resource to the design and production team for custom detailing, specifications including the review of shop drawings for accuracy. Must be able conduct any construction field meetings with a contractor and address issues arising from construction with confidence and decisiveness. In some instances, the Project Architect shall act a Project Manager. This typically is the case on projects or accounts where there is a Project Manager functioning as an “account manager”. In this instance, the project Architect is to instill client confidence and conduct his/herself in a competent and professional manner. The project Architect is a professional individual capable of demonstrating leadership capability, training and mentoring Job Captains and has inspiration to develop the skills necessary to be a Project Manager.
