TPG architect for Belstaff’s latest store concept and first U.S. store

Women's Wear Daily

Women's Wear Daily (WWD), the source for all things fashion and retail, recently covered the opening of Belstaff’s first U.S. store located at Madison Avenue and 68th Street.

In collaboration with Studio Sofield and the Belstaff design team, TPG provided architectural services for the brand’s latest concept which can be seen in their newest store on Madison Avenue. Becoming the first Belstaff store on U.S. soil, the prototype represents an enormous opportunity for this British-based luxury brand as they transform themselves into a full-fledged luxury lifestyle collection with multiple product categories.

As described in WWD - “From the Art Deco molding to the cork walls in the men’s area, the 2,200-square-foot boutique is heavily detailed and decorative, yet not so overdone as to be precious.”

TPG is also currently involved in the opening of a new London flagship on Bond Street (May 2013).
