We had the unique and exciting opportunity to move our client, Viggle, into its first proper home. A 16,500 square foot office at 902 Broadway, that is. When designing offices for our clients - especially creative agencies - we think carefully about how their new spaces will interact with their marketing messages. The projects below illustrate two distinct approaches: Creative Circle's colorful office draws inspiration from the agency's marketing materials, while FremantleMedia's black and white office serves as a canvas to showcase the company's vibrant marketing materials.

Creative Circle
New York, NY | 6,200 Square Feet
When Creative Circle relocated, TPG designed a fun, lively office conducive to the creative staffing agency's young staff and start-up vibe. The pinkish red used in the agency's marketing materials is seen throughout, accented by pops of bright green, blue and orange. The open workspace features a central pantry for gatherings. TPG is currently replicating this design for their LA and Chicago offices.

FremantleMedia
New York, NY | 8,000 Square Feet
Global entertainment company FremantleMedia relocated from a more traditional space in Midtown Manhattan to an edgy and industrial space in the West Village featuring an open floor plan, exposed concrete and glass partitions between offices. Black and white workstations add to the modern look and feel of the space while serving as a backdrop to the company's colorful marketing materials.

TPG Principals Jim Phillips and Alec Zaballero recently travelled to Villahermosa, Mexico to participate in El Palacio de Hierro's Grand Opening Celebration. The 200,000 square foot store, designed by TPG, features 32 discrete design concepts and a dramatic three-level atrium with a domed skylight. The store officially opened to the public on October 26, 2012. Stay tuned for photos of this space!
