Northwell Health, New York State’s largest healthcare provider, is one of the first clients that helped TPG launch its Healthcare Studio. TPG has been working alongside the client on various projects for over 20 years, during which we have completed a number of projects, from as small as lobby renovations to as large as ground-up buildings.

Our firm began working with them by renovating administrative and executive offices and café spaces for Northwell’s corporate offices in Woodbury, NY. Following the completion of these projects, we began to grow our healthcare studio organically by completing larger outpatient facilities for Northwell. The firm handled a complete floor build-out in Manhasset for Northwell’s Gynecologic Oncology unit, which features specialized treatment rooms, x-ray rooms, and labs.

Our firm also designed a new 18,000 square foot, two-story, Class-A office building in Bay Shore, NY, and was retained by the tenant to design a multi-practice fit out of the building’s interior. The facility houses three medical practices – Pediatrics including Pediatric Cardiology, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and Urogynecology– all of which are affiliated with Northwell Health. Most recently, TPG worked with the client on an existing 23,000 square foot 3-story building with all new infrastructure in Lynbrook, NY. This newly renovated building will feature specialized areas for primary care, surgical and outpatient services.
