Handling retail roll-outs for international, high-end fashion designers.

Over the years, TPG has completed a number of retail roll-outs working alongside a number of international, high-end fashion designers and retailers such as Kate Spade. Founded in 1993, Kate Spade New York is an American fashion designer of handbags and accessories. TPG provided services to Kate Spade in a nationwide roll-out for an array of store concepts, successfully completing 66 national locations ranging in size from approximately 1,500 to 6,000 square feet.

The Highland Village, Texas location is a 6,000 square foot ground-up flagship with a strong street presence and brand message, the largest Kate Spade Flagship of the “Bow” concept. The project included zoning, community board, and TAS filings. Several of the brand’s New York City locations required extensive coordination with the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission, including the Broome Street store, located in the SoHo Cast Iron Historic District, and the Fifth Avenue store, located in the Ladies’ Mile High Historic District.

Working in concert with the Kate Spade International Design Team, TPG provided working drawings to the brand’s international partners, for them to execute worldwide. Some notable locations include a flagship and mall location in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, as well as flagship stores in Beijing, China, Ginza, Tokyo, and Japan.
