How branding and environmental graphics help create a comprehensive brand experience.

For the past 15 years, our firm’s Branding Studio has been providing services for Healthfirst, a not-for-profit managed care organization and provider-sponsored health insurance company that serves more than a million members in NY. Our ongoing relationship with the not-for-profit began when our team was commissioned to provide full branding and environmental graphics for their NYC headquarters at 100 Church Street. The design theme reinforces Healthfirst’s brand and social mission on each of the six floors. Since the client is heavily community-focused, our team incorporated their “connected by our members” messaging throughout the space.

After creating an overall brand experience for the client, TPG helped translate this same messaging across different mediums. Our Branding Studio worked alongside the client’s branding team on more customer-facing graphics for the retail roll-out of community based offices (CBO’s) and fleet of vehicles. These CBO’s and vehicles serve as a local place to go for support with healthcare benefit concerns and are intended to better suit the community. Our team catered the various designs, imagery, and language to suit the multi-cultural neighborhoods. The custom-made graphics are community-centric and relatable to the location and clientele. Additionally, in 2017, we handled the environmental graphics for Healthfirst’s Lake Mary, Florida call-center. Our team continues to work with the client to refresh and evolve their design strategy. We are currently working on a new branding standard, which is sophisticated, approachable, and flexible.
