Founder"In many respects, the design experience bar has been raised in many different business sectors throughout the world. Consider the retail/lifestyle experience, the hospitality/spa experience, the culinary/restaurant experience and the workplace experience. Enlightened business leaders recognize that good design is good for business."
The embodiment of the “brand” in a physical architecture is of paramount importance for many of our clients. Many CEO’s are determined to change their organizational cultures and enable and empower their respective workforces. They recognize that good design affects morale, productivity, organizational culture, real estate efficiency, speed to market and the ability to communicate and collaborate. A progressive and forward thinking work environment is a big factor in the “attract and retain value equation”, particularly in a business climate that offers virtually full employment. We at TPG are excited by the challenge of creating environments that affect our clients businesses. Frederic M. Strauss, AIA
1979"One of the many great things about this profession is the challenge to be multi-dimensional. When we start a relationship with a client we're entering a partnership. And to become a valuable member of their team we have to learn to think strategically about their business and their goals."
Fred Strauss is a managing partner whose active involvement in growth areas helps set the firm’s direction. Mr. Strauss is instrumental in instituting standards, maintaining quality control and upholding client relationships. His future-forward outlook and leadership model has contributed to the firm’s success and its offering of integrated architectural services. James T. Doherty, AIA

1990"We hear a lot of talk about adding value, but how does an architect or designer really add value to a project? By asking the question at every phase, from programming through construction: what is going to serve my client best now and down the road, and how do we get them there."
Since joining TPG, Mr. Fiechter has managed numerous significant assignments. His professional experience encompasses all phases of an organization’s relocation and renovation project from design through construction management. Mr. Fiechter’s success can be attributed to the thorough understanding of his clients’ needs that he develops for each account, and his in-depth knowledge of real estate issues. Michael Hayes, AIA, LEED® AP

Mr. Zaballero is a Design Principal for the firm. His focus is on the design of deeply experiential, strategically branded environments. He brings an open, analytic, flexible design approach to projects in the firm’s retail, corporate, broadcast and architecture practices.
